Welcome to Hôtel Gérando
The entire team is delighted to welcome you to the 9th arrondissement of Paris, just a stone's throw from the lively Montmartre district and the Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur. Whether you are here for a tourist stay or a business trip, we do everything we can to offer you a pleasant and comfortable experience.
We are available 24 hours a day at reception to answer any questions you may have.
We hope you enjoy your stay in Paris!

  • Check-in from 14h00.
  • Early arrival ? We would be delighted to store your luggage free of charge at reception, so that you can explore the city with peace of mind and your hands free.Check-out up to 12h00. You can also leave your suitcases in our luggage storage facility free of charge.
    Need a late check-out ? Please speak to reception; we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability (an additional charge may apply).
  • The hotel is open 24/7. In case of a late arrival, you just need to ring the entrance and we will welcome you immediately for your check-in, even in the middle of the night.

Our rooms are cleaned dailyand Towels are replaced on request.
The sheets are changed every three days to ensure your comfort whilst adopting an environmentally responsible approach. If you would like your towels changed more or less frequently, please do not hesitate to ask at reception.
For added peace of mind, you can also use the panel «Do not disturb» at your doorstep. In that case, our team will respect your privacy.

All our rooms are equipped with heating and air-conditioning system reversibleoperating in heating in winter and air conditioning in summer, to ensure optimum comfort all year round. The temperature is adjustable manually from the control unit in your bedroom. Press the white button above the control unit to switch it on.

🚭 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the establishment
(rooms and communal areas). In the event of non-compliance, a charge of 150 € will be charged for the cleaning of the area in question.

🚫For safety reasons and out of respect for other guests, visits to the rooms are not permitted.

📦 Lost items
If you leave an item behind in your room, please note that we will keep it at reception for a week. Once this period has elapsed, the items will be destroyed.
For health and safety reasons, we do not keep not food products, shampoos, shower gels or any strongly scented items.
Please do not hesitate to contact reception as soon as possible if you think you have left something behind.

Payment is made only on arrival.
We accept the following payment methods:
– Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
– Cash (euros only)
– Contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
If you have any questions regarding your payment, please do not hesitate to contact reception.

In the event of a fire:
Stay calm and notify reception immediately, or activate the fire alarm if it has not already been triggered.
Do not take the lift. Use the stairs only to evacuate.
Follow the signs for the emergency exits, which are located on every floor.
Please help anyone who may be having difficulty getting about.
Please meet at the designated meeting point outside the hotel.

For your safety, please familiarise yourself with the location of the emergency exits, which are shown on the map displayed inside your room.

To stay connected with ease, our Wi-Fi network HOTEL GERANDO is available free of charge and without a password.
Simply select the network and enjoy your connection throughout your stay.
